Attracted by the availability of two levels and a huge panoramic window, Tatyana and Paul moved in a three-room apartment in the East of Kiev 2 years ago, after a year spent on its redecoration.
Except for the wiring layout, which was developed by professionals of a designer studio, the interior décor was ebtirely thought over by the hosts. Most of the furniture arrived from the range of Tatyana’s own showroom.
The flat is equipped with a Smart Home system, which operates all the installations of the lodging from a single control panel. Tatyana’s favorite function is automatic lifting and dropping of roller shutters in the bedroom at your chosen time.
The first level was re-planned by joining the kitchen and the living room into a single space.
The special appeal of the first floor is a home green house, where the hostess arranged her plants – emigrants from her former apartment.
A flower on the wall was painted by a professional artist.

The second level includes a study, a bedroom, a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
Paul’s passion for art, which accounts for multiple pictures and sculptures of 1970s. A Buddha figurine is a friends’ gift.
Wallpaper for the study was selected in “Bergamo” studio.
Tatyana’s habitual seat is situated by the nook floor-to-ceiling window. Friends advised Paul and Tatyana to design the room be a bedroom, but the guys decided to set it aside as a study and never had any regrets about that.
Wave curves in the bedroom were designed by Tatyana in continuation of bed bends. The bedroom neighbors on a walk-in closet and a utility room, used for keeping a boiler and a washing machine. The bedroom lighting is controlled by sensors.
Bathroom tiling was picked up in Ceramic Fashion according to a self-developed pattern of laying. Bathroom fitments were bought in Balteco.
